A lot of people want to make money with vacation rental, but true happiness is at the time of sale after the value goes up. This doesn't apply to all Maui real estate. As always, you need to pick the right property to return a profit.

売主側のエージェントが話していたのは、このオーナーは１６年前に$２６０，０００で買ったとのこと。１６年後には$６３９，０００で売りに出していて、それでもお買い得物件であります。１６年で２倍以上に価値が上がりました。（すべての物件にあてはまる訳ではありません。賢く選ばないと損をする場合も有りますから。）
マウイ島の不動産の利点はそこなんです！バケーションレンタルや、長期レンタルをして収入を期待するお客様もいますが、本当の醍醐味は売る時に有ります。と、今日もクライアントさんに話しながら、”１６年前買えていたら良かったのに〜” と、つくづく。マウイ島の不動産は、今日、明日の投資ではなく、もっと長い将来への投資なんですね。
