先週の金曜１月３０日から予約開始となりましたザ•リッツ-カールトン•レジデンス•カパルアで、同日夕方にプロモーションイベントが行われました。私も興味津々だったので、もちろん出席です。まずは、カパルアベイとカパルアゴルフコースを背景にワインと前菜が振る舞われました。

予約受付開始からわずか２時間で７５ユニット中３８ものユニットに予約が入りました。
なんとそのうちの１５件の予約に携わったカリスマセールスのN社長にもお会いすることができました！
今回は#1717/1719の２スイートルームが見学できました。
居面積122.91㎡／バルコニー25.08㎡、ホノルアベイビュー／マウンテンビュー、でお値段$1,699,888。 今回のレジデンスには、電気クックトップが２つ、使い勝手の良さそうな引き出し式の冷蔵庫＆冷凍庫、エスプレッソメーカー、アイランドスタイルな家具の数々、等が含まれています。しかも、リッツカールトンが購入諸費用のうち$110,973*を負担し、さらにさらに、$10,000のレストランやスパで使えるリゾートクレジットをプレゼントしてくれるそう〜。
