In year 2000, they invested $58million U.S. dollars to U.S. real property.

近頃の中国人は海外の不動産投資がかなり盛り上がってきています。
２０００年には$５百８０万米ドルをアメリカの不動産に中国から投資されましたが、昨年２０１３年には＄１４億ドルにまで跳ね上がりました。
マウイ島にはその波はまだ来ていませんが。
